Insider Threat Program User Activity Monitor Engineer

Responsibilities
Support the User Activity Monitor (UAM) software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved. Help ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
Document configuration baseline effectively.
Provide training to stakeholders on UAM tool usage and establish a certification program for personnel development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with (12)+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with (10)+ years of relevant experience.
Prior leadership responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform.
Active Top Secret government clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
Experience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard Platforms.
