User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer – CROWBAR Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a motivated User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role supports the HEITS Contract as part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Insider Threat Program (ITP). The mission is to identify insider threats to the department by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation to protect the DHS mission.

Responsibilities

Support the UAM software solution, executing updates, changes, deployments, and sustainment activities.

Maintain UAM functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise, ensuring coverage gaps are resolved.

Assist ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and UAM‑specific updates.

Maintain comprehensive documentation to capture configuration baselines.

Provide training to stakeholders on UAM usage and develop a certification program for personnel development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and (8)+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and (6)+ years of relevant experience.

Experienced in developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.

Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.

Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.

Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platform.
