We’re an AI company transforming the insurance industry, seeking a
Founding Recruiter
to build and scale our talent engine from the ground up. Partner directly with the founding team and own recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles during a high-growth phase.

Requirements
5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups (Series AE), ideally AI, SaaS, or deep tech.
Proven record of sourcing and closing 10–15 hires/year across technical and GTM roles.
Experience building recruiting functions (0→1) or on a Head of Talent path.
Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, HireEZ).
Strong operational mindset: data-driven, process-focused, continuously improving.
Excellent storytelling skills to sell mission, vision, and equity upside.
Scrappy, hands-on, thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles.
Manage 8–12 searches simultaneously, delivering 10–15 hires per year.
Build and optimize the recruiting process, from JD to candidate experience.
Drive diverse, inclusive hiring practices and champion employer branding.
Partner with leadership on headcount planning, org design, and talent strategy.
Provide market intelligence on compensation, competitors, and positioning.
Manage sourcing channels including direct sourcing, agencies, investor networks, and tools.
Define and track recruiting KPIs: source of hire, conversion rates, time to fill.
Eventually build and lead the recruiting team, creating a world-class talent function.
