Sales Account Manager – Hospitality & Residential
Minneapolis, MN • Territory – MN, IA, SD, ND, and Northern WI Our client is a global leader in high-end commercial gym equipment, treadmills, spin cycles, exercise bikes, weights, digital fitness and health solutions. They have a great opportunity based in Minneapolis-St. Paul for a Sales Account Manager specializing in the hospitality/hotel, multifamily residential, resort, and country club industries. You would sell into hotels, resorts, condominiums, apartment complexes, architecture and design firms, and more. It’s a specialized division with a lot of growth potential for the territory. Salary : $75k base salary and on target earnings of $150k. Additional benefits include health benefits, PTO/vacation plan, and retirement plans. Job Summary : The Sales Account Manager will join the Field Sales team and perform territory development with a key focus on new business development and account growth. A typical day is spent in the field meeting with prospective clients needing fitness solutions for hotels or apartment/condominium gyms. Job Responsibilities : Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM Increase customer satisfaction Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with the company sales code About You : Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.
