Location: Anywhere in Country EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consulting Manager focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and CMDB to lead transformation teams, engage clients, and drive innovation. The Opportunity

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly expanding area of the business. This client‑facing role offers chances to showcase leadership, build new client relationships, and grow consulting and team management skills. Key Responsibilities

Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures. Select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion. Engage regularly with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution. Manage and deliver ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects, covering design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases. Mentor a multidisciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants. Build and nurture client relationships, demonstrate EY service value. Provide industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations. Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops. Support pre‑sales efforts, including proposals and estimates. Support waterfall and agile delivery models, manage planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs. Skills and Attributes

Customer‑centric mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to make fact‑based decisions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to advise on connectivity of CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes. Effective facilitation of workshops and client engagements. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and related AI solutions. Strong analytical skills and ability to contribute insights to strategic roadmaps. Leadership experience supervising teams. Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 4‑6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping. 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. Experience leading teams and supervising staff. Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM. Performance analytics and reporting experience. Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). What We Offer
