A Day in the Life Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, meeting deadlines. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with clients, experts, and attorneys to devise strategies. Provide regular communication and interim written reports. Conduct in‑depth legal research, prepare memoranda. Work alongside partners and senior attorneys for seamless case management.

Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.

2 to 10 years of experience handling Automobile and Premises Liability cases, preferably defense.

Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, performing legal research, and responding to discovery requests.

Self‑starter with strong advocacy skills.

Experience with fact witness and expert depositions; attention to detail and effective communication.

Salary $110,000 – $170,000 per year.
