Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support our clients in achieving their goals.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the behavioral needs of clients.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis, ensuring alignment with best practices in applied behavior analysis.

Implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions and monitor progress through ongoing data collection and patient assessment.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of client records.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.

Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities is essential.

Strong skills in data collection, medical documentation, and understanding of medical records are required.

Experience conducting intake assessments and developing diagnostic evaluations is highly desirable.
