Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Soni's client is seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions within their [Digital / Mid-Office / Back-Office] domain. You’ll translate business needs into scalable IT architectures, guide development teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions. Lead and document solution design activities in the Product Solution Architecture (PSA). Ensure designs align with architectural principles and technology standards. Collaborate with the Lead Architect to define and execute domain roadmaps. Provide guidance and coaching to Agile engineers and project teams. Maintain the architecture repository and oversee solution implementation. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve the IT landscape. Qualifications: 5+ years of IT solution architecture experience. 3–5 years working with
Pega technologies , including cloud and system integrations. Strong background in Agile/Scrum and financial services environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred: TOGAF and/or Archimate certification. Solid understanding of architecture frameworks and software development methodologies. Experience in
commercial lending or leasing . Compensation:
