Bell Textron Inc. is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to automate and integrate procurement processes across our supply‑chain applications. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and external integrators to streamline operations and support data‑driven decision making. Responsibilities
Design and implement automated solutions to streamline supply‑chain processes and eliminate manual touchpoints. Integrate data and workflows between Ariba, SAP, and legacy systems using APIs and Python scripts. Support the transition of processes from CLM and SNC to Ariba. Partner with IT and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that align with business needs. Develop, maintain, and document Python scripts, SQL queries, and process automation logic. Perform data analysis and cleansing to support operational reporting and decision‑making. Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration issues in collaboration with technical teams. Create and maintain user documentation, process maps, and training materials. Proficiency in designing and implementing automated solutions that streamline procurement processes. Experience integrating data and workflows between systems using APIs and Python scripts. Strong collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Expertise in Python scripting, SQL queries, and process automation logic. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for complex issue analysis and innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath. Understanding of procurement workflows, data dependencies, and system integration (SharePoint, SAP, Ariba, Microsoft Office tools). What You Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in supply‑chain systems, process automation, or business systems analysis. Proficiency in Python (automation, data parsing, API calls), SQL (queries and data validation), and/or REST APIs / JSON (integration and data exchange). What We Offer You In Return
