Crowe
Job Description
Crowe Global is transforming the management and delivery of its global restricted list, global independence checks, and global conflict checks, currently managed through the network’s own built Member Portal. Crowe Global is implementing a new technology platform and designing a new operating model to drive this transformation. The new technology platform will hold global restricted list data and be used to facilitate the origination of and response to negative and positive global independence checks and global conflict of interest checks. The platform will apply the appropriate regulatory rule sets / professional standards (e.g., IESBA, SEC, UK, etc.), configured for Crowe Global policies, to entities. Efficient access to data, whether from the restricted list or the circulation of independence checks and conflict checks, will enable member firms and their personnel to determine whether there is a potential conflict or threat to independence.
Crowe Global sees the implementation of a new restricted list and conflict check platform as a natural development of its commitment to quality management in all disciplines and management and protection of its brand. Crowe Global’s vision is to Work As One and the new platform is a critical strategic development to facilitate the integration and growth of the network.
