Senior Digital Strategist
Pannos Marketing is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our Media team. If you thrive on turning data and insights into smart, results-driven marketing strategies, this role is for you. You will lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns—from paid to organic—to help our financial clients achieve real growth. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate across teams to connect business goals with impactful digital strategies that drive measurable success. Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management: manage all aspects of search, display, and social media campaigns, including keyword research, budget planning, campaign strategy, structure, buildout, execution, ad development, testing, optimization, tracking, analytics, bid and budget management, and reporting to stakeholders. Strategic Leadership & Optimization: communicate with clients and internal teams, mentor strategists, analyze accounts to develop insights, provide landing page and conversion rate optimization direction, develop digital marketing roadmaps, guide content strategy, implement marketing automation initiatives, conduct media research, evaluate emerging technologies, and manage local search site claims. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media strategy managing complex, multi-channel campaigns (search, display, social). Proven ability to translate business goals into digital strategies and measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of how to structure new campaigns and restructure existing ones for improved results. Experience managing or mentoring other strategists or specialists preferred. Agency or financial services skills preferred, but not required. Technical Skills
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Salesforce (or similar CRM/automation tools). Understanding of SEO, CRO, and user experience fundamentals. Experience with programmatic advertising platforms to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns. Basic understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including content, email, automation, and personalization. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) and marketing attribution models. Soft Skills
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Demonstrates enthusiasm about digital marketing and an eagerness to keep up with latest trends and techniques. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technological limitations, and budgets. Benefits
