Permanent Job Description: The client is seeking a Digital Strategist to lead the development of digital-first marketing strategies, translating data-driven insights into actionable campaign plans that drive measurable results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop holistic digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, display, social, email, web). Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to align strategy with execution. Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and optimize campaigns through testing and analysis. Design audience segmentation strategies and personalized journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Conduct competitive digital audits, SEO/SEM research, and user behavior analysis. Present insights, campaign results, and roadmaps to clients in a clear, compelling manner. Stay ahead of digital innovation, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools.
Requirements
Must-Haves: 410 years of experience in digital strategy (agency experience strongly preferred). Expertise across digital platforms: Google, Meta, programmatic, CRM. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and reporting tools. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy. Exceptional presentation, communication, and client-facing skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in healthcare, higher education, or similarly regulated industries. Familiarity with SEMrush, HubSpot, Tableau, Slate, or StackAdapt. Leadership experience with ability to influence organizational strategy. Knowledge of dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and multi-touch attribution modeling.
