Join the global PR agency’s New York office as a senior-level publicist leading high-profile beauty and wellness accounts. The role supports new client wins and is suited for a communications expert with 8+ years of PR experience and a proven ability to secure high-impact coverage across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts and speaking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee client PR strategies from conceptual ideation to execution and manage account teams.
Lead account teams across multiple beauty clients, ensuring client needs and KPIs are met and exceeded while adhering to timelines.
Evaluate and understand client business objectives and craft strategies that reflect those objectives.
Manage client benchmarks and deliver strong strategic placements through leadership and guidance.
Mentor junior team members and foster professional development.
Manage client budgets across events, influencer campaigns and other initiatives.
Consistently produce high‑quality internal and external communications.
Maintain close relationships with senior‑level media and notable industry contacts.
Ensure all client reporting, communication, brand decks and press materials are created to the highest standard and delivered in polished presentations.
Secure impactful feature coverage, business coverage and thought‑leadership opportunities that support client goals.
Collaborate with agency division heads to integrate through the agency’s own network of clients.
Provide strategic counsel and industry insights, offering innovative recommendations and keeping clients informed on emerging trends and market developments.
Oversee paid and organic influencer programs, set strategic goals, advise on budget allocation, negotiate contracts and deliver comprehensive post‑campaign analysis and reporting.
Contribute to new business proposals as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of beauty and wellness public relations experience at a PR agency.
Established network of strong contacts across media and influential people.
Proven track record of securing meaningful, impactful feature stories with top publications.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear and concise communication and public‑speaking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience using industry database services (e.g., Muck Rack, LaunchMetrics).
Experience negotiating influencer contracts and managing paid campaign budgets.
