We are looking for a full‑time Accountant based in San Jose.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable. Ensure bills are paid on time and accurately.
Record financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
Assist in monthly and annual closings. Post journal entries for financial adjustment and accruals.
Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
Assist in monthly financial data analysis and yearly corporate budget planning.
Cooperate with external auditor and CPA to complete audit, tax returns and other annual tax forms.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of accounting experience.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with NetSuite (a plus).
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively work cross‑functionally.
Can sponsor various visa types.
Mandarin is preferred.
Salary Salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 per year for this level. Eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
