Business Development Advisor
Base Salary + quarterly bonuses (performance, sales-based, and supplemental) OTE $250K- $300K+

with direct input into shaping the firm’s national client acquisition engine.

engage warm and cold referral-based leads through authentic conversations

What You’ll Do
Engage inbound and referral-based leads from digital marketing, partnerships, and brand channels
Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover financial goals
Present the firm’s planning-led value proposition and move prospects to close
Transition clients seamlessly to their servicing advisor post-conversion
Track and manage pipeline in Salesforce; maintain timely and thorough follow-up
Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance messaging, scripts, and lead flow efficiency
What You Bring
2–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or advisory roles within financial services
Proven success chasing and
closing referral-based or cold leads
CFP® or Series 65 preferred (or willingness to earn within 12 months)
Excellent communicator — confident, empathetic, and goal-driven
Organized, data-minded, and motivated by helping prospects take action
