The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/LicensedProfessional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services in avariety of settings across the age span and works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The LicensedMental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor administers an assortment of assessment tools and develop programming as needed to assist inthe treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
