Front Desk Customer Service Representative - AO Coolers
AO Coolers is seeking a Full‑time Front Desk Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers—online, by phone, and in person. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll interact with our adventure‑minded customers daily, handling everything from order entry and product questions to show bookings and repairs. If you can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and represent AO Coolers’ brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide online, phone, and in‑person customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Manage order entry, repairs, and returns, keeping detailed and accurate records.
Support show bookings and event coordination with retail partners and customers.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support sales and customer service teams.
Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, data entry, and tracking.
Create and edit simple visual content for social media or marketing using Canva (a plus).
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and showroom area.
Qualifications
Previous customer service, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking skills – able to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the AO Coolers lifestyle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with order entry systems is a plus.
Creative eye and basic graphic design ability using Canva are a bonus.
Interest or familiarity with the outdoor, marine, off‑road, or adventure lifestyle communities preferred.
