Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results, analyzing the business, and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. The role supports a promote‑from‑within philosophy, providing opportunities to grow into future store leaders.
