Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform tasks such as:
Planning for each shift
Monitoring performance during the shift
Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
Communicating with the next Shift Manager for transition
Meeting target metrics during their shifts and helping assigned departments achieve goals

Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
