Responsibilities
Own the personalization backlog, managing prioritization, grooming, and execution in alignment with company goals.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, marketing) to deliver and scale personalized experiences across digital channels.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
Oversee day‑to‑day personalization operations including campaign setup, testing, QA, and validation.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of personalization initiatives; recommend optimizations based on data‑driven insights.
Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting across personalization tools and platforms.
Advocate for personalization best practices and drive adoption across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.
Experience working with personalization platforms, digital analytics tools, and content management systems.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with developers; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent business acumen with a track record of translating customer and business needs into impactful product features.
Strong skills in backlog management, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making and prioritization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce personalization or digital optimization.
Certifications in personalization or analytics tools.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
Experience working with APIs or server‑side personalization approaches.
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$82.00 - $84.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
