Product Manager (UI Web Personalization)

12+ month contract (hire + multi‑extension capability)
Rate:
$75.00/hr, W2 only.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Manager to lead our personalization initiatives. You will deliver tailored experiences across digital channels, drive customer engagement, and achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the personalization backlog, managing prioritization, grooming, and execution in alignment with company goals.
Partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, and marketing teams to define, deliver, and scale personalized customer experiences.
Oversee day‑to‑day personalization operations: translate business requirements into technical specs, user stories, campaign setup, testing, QA, and validation.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of personalization initiatives; collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and recommend optimizations based on data‑driven insights.
Advocate for personalization best practices and drive adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong technical foundation with ability to collaborate closely with developers; familiarity with personalization platforms, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and content management systems. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data for decision‑making and prioritization.
Backlog management, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce personalization or digital optimization.
Certifications in personalization or analytics tools.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
Experience working with APIs or server‑side personalization approaches.
