Job Description Join Crowe's leading Financial Services team in this newly created growth opportunity as a Tax Managing Director!

What you will do as a Tax Managing Director

Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address clients' needs

Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completion

Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team

Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals

Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements

Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred

Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/professional services firm serving FinTech, Banking or Capital Markets clients

Financial Services experience is a plus but not required

Experience leading engagements and teams

CPA certification required

The wage range for this role is estimated at $155,500.00 - $416,000.00 per year.
