Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Executive Recruiter Our client is a part of a global corporation specializing in manufacturing consumer goods. Due to growth seeking a Supply Chain Director to join the executive leadership team at the plant in PA. This role oversees planning, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and vendor management—domestically and internationally—with a strong focus on Asia. The Director will drive strategic initiatives to build a scalable, efficient, and cost‑effective global supply chain supporting a rapidly growing consumer products business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead demand planning, sourcing, procurement, and distribution
Develop and execute global supply chain and distribution strategies
Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and fulfillment
Drive cost reductions and improve operational efficiency through lean practices
Oversee SIOP process and support new product launches
Mentor and develop cross‑functional supply chain teams
Qualifications
5+ years in global supply chain leadership (including Asia sourcing)
Strong background in planning, forecasting, and ERP systems
Proven ability to lead change, reduce costs, and manage cross‑functional projects
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA or CPIM/APICS preferred)
Salary up to $170k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
