Program Manager II - Graduate Medical Education
The Cleveland Clinic’s Research and Innovation and Education Institute is a core component of the institution’s mission, focused on advancing medical knowledge and patient care through research, education, and translating scientific discoveries into practical applications. The Institute includes various centers and programs such as the Lerner Research Institute, Cleveland Clinic Innovations, and the Education Institute. As Program Manager II, you will oversee and advance multiple projects, guiding assignments through each phase of delivery.
Responsibilities Oversee three main areas: Credentialing & Compliance, Visiting Trainee Process, and Financials (including CMS reimbursement). Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities. Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Allocate time to meet completion requirements. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
GME experience
Education experience
Financial experience running billing reports and working with Care Management (CM) and billing for VA accounts
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
