Position Purpose As Center Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the PACE center, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care for older adults. You’ll oversee interdisciplinary team members and manage services including rehabilitation, social work, dietary, and recreation.

What You Will Do

Supervise and support IDT staff across multiple service areas

Facilitate care planning and team collaboration for participant needs

Manage center operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance

Lead quality improvement initiatives and survey preparedness

Participate in strategic planning, staffing, and technology integration

Serve as a key liaison with clinical leaders and senior management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field

5+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare

1+ year working with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
