Our Sales Business Development team engages with customers to schedule appointments, assist with vehicle inquiries, and drive qualified showroom visits. We are a fast-paced, performance-focused environment committed to professionalism, accuracy, and results.
Position Summary The
Sales Business Development Agent
is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication and scheduling sales appointments. This is
not cold calling
— customers have already shown interest through online inquiries, past visits, or phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make
125 outbound calls per day
using call lists, CRM follow-up tasks, and ongoing lead outreach
Handle inbound phone calls and respond promptly to online leads
Send follow-up texts and emails to engage customers
Schedule appointments for showroom test drives and sales consultations
Record all communication and updates accurately in the CRM (VinSolutions)
Follow up with customers who have not yet visited or purchased
Work closely with Sales Management to ensure smooth customer transition into the showroom
Meet daily and weekly appointment and show-rate performance goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
Ability to work in a structured environment with clear productivity goals
Comfortable multitasking while using multiple systems/screens
Call center, customer service, or dealership experience is
helpful
but not required — training is provided
Must be reliable, professional, and motivated to hit daily numbers
Compensation & Bonuses
$20 per hour
based on experience

Full-time, on-site
Evenings and Saturdays required
