Assistant BDC Manager

helps lead daily BDC operations, supporting both Sales and Service appointment teams. This role involves coaching, training, managing workflow, monitoring CRM performance, and stepping in on live calls when needed. This is a

hands-on leadership role

that requires leading by example and reinforcing process discipline every day. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily BDC operations across multiple rooftops (Sales & Service) Coach, train, and support BDC staff to achieve appointment, show-rate, and follow-up targets Monitor inbound/outbound call performance, text/email communication quality, and CRM compliance Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and assist with new-hire onboarding and training Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure smooth handoff to Sales & Service teams Ensure CRM documentation, call dispositioning, and follow-up processes are followed correctly Assist with developing talk tracks, workflows, and follow-up strategies Step in and make calls when needed to support daily performance goals Qualifications

AUTOMOTIVE MANAGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (BDC Manager, BDC Team Lead, Sales Manager, Service BDC Lead, or equivalent dealership leadership experience) Strong communication and coaching ability Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment CRM proficiency required (VinSolutions experience preferred) Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits
