This role is crucial in delivering top‑level service at Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teammates, educate associates, and maintain a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused environment. What you’ll do

Be a Team Member

– Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians while developing interpersonal skills. Be an Expert

– Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonal demand while mastering point‑of‑sale, phone, and in‑person selling techniques. Be a Techie

– Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training. Be an Owner

– Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, manage inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, report safety hazards, complete paperwork and logs, and ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador

– Advocate the brand by valuing the member experience in the TBC area, modeling high‑quality service, inspiring others with respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented behaviors, and assisting team members in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners, managing deadlines, communicating progress, and recommending improvements. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license. 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience. Retail experience. Location
