Responsibilities

Be a Team Member

– Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates associates on tools and tasks, mentors new technicians, and communicates to develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert

– Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; proficient with Point of Sale systems and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie

– Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses hand‑held technology and systems for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.

Be an Owner

– Communicates equipment and supply needs, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains inventory, audits safety standards, reports TBC complaints, files paperwork and logs, and supports members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.

Be a Talent Ambassador

– Acts as a brand advocate, models high‑quality service, develops and inspires teammates, and assists in training and fostering a supportive, respectful culture of belonging.

Complies with company policies

– Implements related action plans, uses the Open Door Policy, and executes business processes with integrity and ethics.

Completes work assignments

– Uses policies, data, and resources to communicate progress and recommendations, adapts to change, and learns from feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly wage: $19.00–$26.00* (actual rate will equal or exceed the local minimum wage; additional premiums may apply).
