About the Role Clean Vapor, a FullTerra company, is expanding its field leadership team and seeking a

hands‑on Traveling Construction Foreman

to lead the installation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems across commercial and residential sites nationwide.

This position is ideal for a field‑focused leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing small crews, and independently running projects from mobilization through close‑out.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform installation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems in existing commercial buildings

Oversee vertical/overhead piping, coring, slab cutting, conduit installation, and roof penetrations

Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, crane lifts, equipment deliveries, and safety compliance

Read and interpret shop drawings and material layouts

Ensure OSHA and site‑specific safety procedures are followed (OSHA 30/40 eligible)

Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal project managers

Mentor and train field team members while working alongside them

Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and company truck/trailer combos

What You Bring

Strong field construction experience (mechanical, piping, civil, or related)

Proven ability to lead small crews and manage jobsite operations

Commercial plumbing or electrical experience a plus

Physically able to lift, cut, grind, and install piping (including overhead and below slab work)

Valid driver’s license and ability to tow a 24’ enclosed trailer

Willingness to travel up to 30 weeks per year across the U.S.

Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Must pass background/drug screening; OSHA certifications accepted or obtainable
