Engineering Co‑Op Student – Spring Term 2026
We are currently looking for an Engineering Co‑Op to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities We’re seeking a highly motivated engineering student for a cooperative educational (Co‑op) position in our Dayton, OH office. Multiple Co‑op rotations are anticipated that will consist of increasingly challenging internal R&D and contract technical projects.
Qualifications Engineering student with a focus in the electrical or aerospace fields. GPA of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
Desired Skills Programming experience with a general purpose language (C, C++, Python, Matlab, etc.). Modeling and simulation experience with Matlab/Simulink or another mathematical software tool. Experience with receivers for global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), inertial instrumentation, or embedded systems for aerospace (or related) applications. Experience with optimization, state estimation, sensor and data fusion, or guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) techniques.
Clearance Applicant must be willing to undergo a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Existing and Active Secret is desirable. Existing and Active TS is highly desirable.
