Role Description This is a part‑time or full‑time, on‑site Psychotherapist role located in Waukesha, WI. The Psychotherapist will provide counseling services to adults, children/adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, addressing a broad range of mental health needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering relationship counseling, and delivering therapeutic interventions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other professionals to ensure integrated care for clients. The position is a fee‑for‑service pay structure, with a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Psychology and Counseling
Experience and skills in Mental Health care and therapeutic interventions
Strong capabilities in Relationship Counseling and effective communication
Familiarity with foundational principles in Medicine relevant to mental health care
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Licensure as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team
Experience in school‑based or family‑centered services is a plus
