ProspectBlue is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to attorneys in a dynamic law firm setting.
This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and technical abilities, who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
This is an in‑office position.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize both digital and hard copy documents
Oversee the attorney’s calendar and daily schedule
Answer, screen, and route phone calls
Arrange meetings both in the office and at off‑site locations
Handle travel planning and logistics for the attorney
Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
Manage and maintain accurate filing systems
Input timekeeping and billing information
Explore and recommend tools or processes to improve attorney productivity
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years supporting senior executives or attorneys in a high‑level administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent typing skills, and the ability to process high volumes of dictation or transcription
Knowledge of legal billing, timekeeping, and document management platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Impeccable attention to detail and time management
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department
Familiarity with TABS billing software and NetDocs document management system
