Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Responsibilities Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes. Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques, handling member complaints and issues according to company guidelines. Support recruitment, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluation of associates. Communicate membership information, process memberships, upgrades, credit accounts, and encourage renewal. Participate in sales and marketing events and maintain marketing recaps. Acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and support self‑service technology. Manage claims, returns, zoning, merchandise organization, shrink, damages, carts, flatbeds, and parking lot cleanliness. Maintain accounting records, prepare daily deposits, investigate cash discrepancies, and support cash fund transfers. Develop and implement business processes in collaboration with managers, colleagues, customers, and partners. Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and lead teams to coordinate work assignments and provide support. Foster a culture of belonging, respect, mentoring, and integrity to serve customers and members first while balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities for continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience including operating front‐end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Leading a front‑end team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
