$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; works with handheld technology to support production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, inspires, and supports a respectful, team-oriented work style; identifies roadblocks and assists in training others. Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; supports open-door communication and applies these in daily processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement; adapts to change and feedback. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
