Diamonds Direct is hiring a Jewelry Concierge, a customer service professional that acts as liaison between customers and the bench jeweler to ensure a seamless experience.
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Role Responsibilities
Accept all jewelry for repair
Assist the sales team with customer orders and directly address any concerns
Facilitate the delivery of merchandise to customers to ensure an exceptional experience

Ability to maintain composure in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
Good listener and communicator
Organized and adept at multi‑tasking
Comfortable handling phone calls and in‑person correspondence
Professional and welcoming presentation
Demonstrates attention to detail and a sense of urgency
A passion for the jewelry industry
Requirements
Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
Must be able to work Saturdays
