What You’ll Do

Work with project teams on all aspects of projects, including project setup, drafting, design, quality review, quality assurance, and project coordination/organization. Prepare and design improvement plans for a wide range of transportation projects. Prepare and/or modify construction documents, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and designs for projects. Analyze maps, reports, drawings, as-builts and test results for design projects. Assist with post-design construction support services to respond to contractor RFI’s, submittal reviews, as-built preparation, and field observations. May perform construction inspection on a project-specific basis. Coordinate work with other disciplines and offices on multi-discipline projects. Assist with utility coordination including conflict analysis and coordination with public and private utility companies. What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 0-4 years of Civil Engineering experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good communication skills (written and oral) Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Familiar with Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Preferred Qualifications:

Drafting and design experience with Bentley OpenRoads and/or Civil 3D for the design of alignments and 3D design surfaces Engineer-in-Training Certification Transportation project experience Construction experience 1+ years of experience designing transportation projects What We Offer
