We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business analysis, data visualization, and database management. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Develop dashboards and reports to provide meaningful data visualizations.

Serve as the operational lead for database systems, ensuring functionality and performance.

Oversee data backup processes to maintain system integrity.

Collaborate with non-technical teams to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.

Write and optimize database queries, including T‑SQL and stored procedures.

Ensure the security and reliability of data systems.

Provide technical expertise and documentation for business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Monitor database performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis and database management.

Proficiency with Power BI or similar visualization tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to Power BI if needed.

Strong communication skills, particularly in working with non‑technical and financial professionals.

Hands‑on experience with SQL queries, T‑SQL, and stored procedures.

Familiarity with Azure data lake, data pools, and data warehouse environments is a plus.

Proven ability to optimize stored procedures for improved performance.

Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and gap analysis.

Experience in call center customer service and document review is advantageous.
