Audit Manager
My Client is a Mid-Size public accounting firm, dedicated to providing exceptional audit and assurance services to our clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced Audit Manager to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support.
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers.
Interact directly with clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and best practices.
Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
MUST currently be working in a CPA firm.
