Role Overview This is a full‑time, remote Licensed Real Estate Agent role. As part of the Bastion Realty South team, you will guide clients through every step of their real‑estate journey, providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and maintain consistent communication

Handle listings and facilitate smooth, professional negotiations

Analyze market trends and prepare competitive market analyses

Guide clients through all aspects of the home buying and selling process

Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Utilize digital tools and company systems to stay organized and productive

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License in applicable states and solid understanding of real‑estate laws and regulations

Proven experience in real estate with a working knowledge of local property markets

Strong sales and customer service skills with a client‑first mindset

Familiarity with real property transactions and property management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency with digital tools and real‑estate platforms

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
