Fleet Maintenance Technician – Leesport, PA
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and trailers to ensure safety and performance standards.
Diagnose and fix diesel engine issues, from minor tune‑ups to major overhauls.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Work as part of a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic.
Strong knowledge of trailer systems, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulics.
CDL or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (≥50 lbs).
Team player with commitment to quality and safety.
