What We're Looking For:

What You Will Do:
Join our dedicated nursing team in improving the quality of life for patients and families. As an RN, you will coordinate care processes through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services.
Collect comprehensive patient health data and conduct ongoing physical and psychosocial assessments
Determine nursing diagnoses and set expected patient outcomes
Develop interdisciplinary care plans, review and update daily
Implement interventions aligned with care plans and patient rights
Delegate appropriate tasks while ensuring oversight and accountability
Deliver individualized patient and family education
Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans accordingly
Administer and monitor Procedural Sedation following organizational policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
