Successfully execute construction projects by ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. Serve as a key liaison between the field, office, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, overseeing project schedules, enforcing quality control, resolving on‑site issues, and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders. Proactively solve problems in real time, supervise multiple projects, and drive outcomes that reflect a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Roles and Responsibilities Quality Control

Ensure all construction components meet high standards of quality

Manage and enforce project‑specific quality control checklists

Oversee and promote job site safety in accordance with OSHA standards and internal policies

Scheduling and Ordering

Manage schedules, material submittals, delivery dates, and crew deployment

Track all stages of construction using Buildertrend project management software

Develop and coordinate detailed subcontractor work schedules

Collaborate with the Estimator to process and document change orders

Submit receipts and invoices on time

Project Coordination

Assist with project startup tasks, including permit applications and initial coordination meetings

Support job site activities by issuing RFIs, change orders, and work authorizations

Participate in site meetings and coordinate field activities with the Superintendent

Manage permit timelines, CO inspections, and final close‑out documentation

Perform final walkthroughs and oversee punch list completion

Subcontractor and Vendor Relationships

Evaluate, select, and onboard subcontractors and vendors as needed

Hold subcontractors accountable for performing work in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications

Oversee execution and adherence to Statements of Work (SOWs)

Management

Lead weekly on‑site team and project coordination meetings

Oversee allocation and delivery of construction resources

Address high‑level site issues such as theft, waste, and material mismanagement

Serve as the point of escalation for resolving project or personnel conflicts

Communication with Stakeholders

Respond to stakeholder inquiries within 24 hours

Communicate schedule updates and delays promptly, especially those impacting completion dates

Additional Responsibilities

Perform final project walkthroughs and punch list completion

Participate in post‑project review and lessons learned sessions

Assist with permitting and inspection coordination as needed

Update project documentation in Buildertrend in a timely and accurate manner

Accountabilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Job cost projects completed within or under budget

Schedule milestones met on schedule; minimal delays ( Safety & Quality compliance with codes, specs, safety standards; low incident rate (0 lost‑time incidents)

Site visits: minimum 1 visit per site, per week

Qualifications

7–10+ years of proven, diverse construction project management experience

Self‑starter with proactive problem‑solving skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities

Knowledge of current building codes

Completion of ABC Project Management course (preferred)

OSHA 30‑hour Safety Training (preferred)

Experience using Buildertrend (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, and navigating active job sites

Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction environments
