Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate - Wholesale & Export is responsible for the receiving, stocking, shipping, and handling of used office equipment within a warehouse environment. This role requires strong physical ability, attention to detail, and experience operating powered material handling equipment—specifically stand‑up reach trucks. The position supports Ricoh’s wholesale and export operations and plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse performance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently complete all tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
Receive incoming freight, unload trucks, and document relevant inventory and marketing information.
Accurately stock inventory in assigned bin locations and update records as stock is received.
Pull, prepare, and package sales orders for shipment, including export documentation when required.
Build second decks in ocean‑going containers for international shipments.
Operate powered and non‑powered material handling equipment, including stand‑up reach trucks.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and ensure proper processing.
Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental productivity and quality goals.
Handle heavy office equipment (up to 75 lbs) and move large items on wheels (up to 700 lbs).
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience; prior reach truck experience is mandatory and must be clearly listed on the resume.
Technical Skills:
Ability to safely operate forklifts and reach trucks; basic computer knowledge for inventory updates and documentation.
Physical Ability:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, move items up to 700 lbs on wheels; ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods; comfortable working in confined spaces and around heavy equipment.
Other Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite; OSHA‑approved ASTM standard protective footwear.

Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies, and maintenance of inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store, and deliver materials, supplies, or equipment.
Ensure all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
Maintain warehousing systems, procedures, and standards to ensure all storage is accounted for and billed with accuracy and timelines.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and recommending improvements.
Track warehouse projects, pull shipments, and prepare reports.
Reconcile receiving and delivery reports.
Follow safety policies and procedures at all times, including use of proper safety equipment and PPE.
Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED required.
Knowledge of proper packing, loading, and unloading techniques.
Knowledge of kitting, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.
Forklift Certification preferred.
Strong attention‑to‑detail and excellent organizational skills.
Punctual, results‑oriented, and focused on problem solving.
Physical stamina for sustained periods of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, walking, and bending.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Position requires physical stamina and the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work long hours on one’s feet and regularly walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
