Job Title Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7–8+ years of proven commercial construction experience to take full ownership of projects from pre-development and conceptual estimating through turnover and occupancy. The ideal candidate has experience working on both the general contractor and owner’s rep side, excels in client-facing environments, and enjoys guiding stakeholders through critical project decisions. This role supports commercial, institutional, light industrial, municipal, federal, and community-impact developments while keeping most work local to the St. Louis region and Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Owner’s Representative across all project phases
Develop, validate, and oversee
budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement
Lead consultant, contractor, and stakeholder coordination & communication
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment and project success
Oversee quality, risk, safety, and financial performance
Provide mentorship and leadership within the growing team
Requirements
7–8+ years of commercial/light industrial/government/federal experience
Background with both General Contractor & Owner’s Representative project delivery
Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects start-to-finish
Strong preconstruction and cost estimating experience (concept → detailed)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office
OSHA 10/30 preferred
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

Primarily local work with minimal travel (occasional Midwest client visits)
