As a
Mechanical Project Manager , you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical scopes on large commercial and industrial projects. You’ll oversee project teams, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules—ensuring successful delivery and strong client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate field operations, engineering, and subcontractor performance.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation plans for accuracy and constructability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and general contractors.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
Monitor job cost reports and support project forecasting.
Drive teamwork, communication, and accountability across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years
of experience managing
mechanical construction projects .
Strong technical understanding of
HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems .
Experience working with
commercial, healthcare, industrial, or institutional
projects preferred.
Proven ability to manage
multiple projects and teams simultaneously .
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
