Travel Nuclear Medicine PET Technologist - $2,862 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology Job Details: • Work 5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM • No holidays required • No on-call responsibilities • May be required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month for PETCT scans • Minimum 1 year of experience required • First-time travelers accepted • Level 1 and II trauma experience preferred • Siemens equipment experience required • Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide badges to travelers • Required certifications: BLS and one from each category: ARRT(N) or CNMT for Nuclear Medicine, NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT) or ARRT(R) for X-Ray, and SCRQSA State License in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography • Epic charting system experience preferred • Scrub color: Teal top with black pants • Parking fee: One-time payment of $20 for parking pass (nights and weekends only) • Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November) • Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • Perform various nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans, bone scans, cardiac studies, and other imaging procedures • Work with patients of all ages from neonates to geriatrics • No floating between service lines or sister facilities required Facility: This is a prestigious Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 trauma center with 865 staffed beds.
