Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager
to lead our personal lines sales team to the next level. If youre passionate about coaching others, driving results, and growing a department with integrity and excellencethis is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of personal lines agents to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide daily sales coaching, training, and support to improve close rates and client satisfaction. Monitor team performance, set goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Oversee the quoting and binding of personal lines policies, ensuring compliance and quality. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership on new initiatives. Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay up to date on product offerings and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements: 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license required Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales (3+ years preferred) Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to motivate others and create a performance-driven culture
