Job Description Salary: Globaltech, Inc. is a design-build company of engineers and contractors that serves primarily municipal water and wastewater utilities. We are currently seeking dynamic, team-oriented individual to play key roles in our growing South Florida firm. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Manager with experience in the water and wastewater utility sector to join our team.

Responsibilities Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple projects Conduct research to develop equipment and material recommendations Manage data and perform complex engineering calculations Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines Lead engineering team, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions Provide support for business development or pursuit activities Provide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater treatment projects Drive solutions to achieve project goals Manage lower level engineers, including work assignments, mentoring, performance managements. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required. A Masters degree (e.g., M.S. in Environmental Engineering or Engineering Management) preferred Florida P.E. License required 815+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering. At least 35 years in a supervisory role. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and client relations PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and decision-making ability Experience in public speaking and presenting to city councils or regulatory bodies Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)
