Candidates must hold a PhD in nursing or a related healthcare field and demonstrate a strong record of research and scholarship.

Key Responsibilities Research
Assistant Professor: Develop and advance a defined program of research leading to extramural funding. Associate/Full Professor: Maintain a focused, extramurally funded research program. Collaborate with and lead interdisciplinary research teams. Mentor early-career faculty, commensurate with rank.
Teaching
Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research. Teach courses aligned with areas of expertise.
Service
Provide professional service to the College, University, and discipline, commensurate with rank.
